The Darke County Friends of the Shelter is a 501 (C) 3 Non-Profit Organization made up of various community members of Darke County.
The purpose of this organization is to help with the additional needs of the Darke County Animal Shelter.
As an organization we will continue to maintain and improve Scentral Park dog park for the benefit of the residents of Darke County and the surrounding area. Our organization promotes the spay or neuter of all pets. We also provide a new leash for every adopted dog. You’ll find more information concerning our group’s projects under “Where The Money Goes”.
